What each one is for

Wolfram Alpha is the gold standard for raw computational reach. Behind that one text box is an engine that handles integrals, ODEs, number theory, statistics, units, and a vast curated knowledge base, and for many problems its answer card with optional step-by-step is hard to beat for correctness and depth.
